   IDEAL

 The Ideal device is designed for household after purification and treatment of cold tap potable water.              

The device ensures:

1.      Water cleaning from chlorine, chlorine- and phosphorus-bearing pesticides, phenols, high-density metals (including radioactive ones), dissolved ferrum (problem of well water), hardness salts (when softening water), gasoline, motor oil, etc.;

2.       Annihilation and suppression of reproducing microorganisms (total microbiological purification), change of redox potential approaching it to the value appropriate for human internal medium, improvement in water organoleptic properties and annihilation of chlororganic compounds. Removal of phenols, nitrates, nitrites and ions of high-density metals;

3.       Household improvement of water and increase in its biological value.

The Ideal device has three basic modules for water treatment:

1. The first module (the polymeric treatment one) performs three processes simultaneously:

1.1   Cleaning from petroleum derivatives and mechanic particles the size of more than 3 - 5 microns;

1.2   Sorption and cation exchange on the monilithic poromeric;

1.3   Annihilation of microorganisms by active silver.

 

2. The second module (the electrochemical one) performs the electrochemical activation.

Further annihilation and suppression of reproducing microorganisms, change of redox potential approaching to the value appropriate for human internal medium, improvement in water organoleptic properties and annihilation of chlororganic compounds.

 

3. The third module (the mineralogical one) performs the mineralogical treatment.

 The module's cartridge is common for zeolite (natural mineral) and activated charcoal.

Description of the device water treatment steps

1. The module with polymeric material is the first module on the original water.

Based on the conversion technology the module is made of materials that have been used before for water treatment on the nuclear power plants (NPPs). The module has been originally destined for liquidators of Chernobyl NPP accident. The filtering element is made on the basis of monolithic poromeric, which possesses properties of microfilter, active sorbent and cation exchanger simultaneously. Silver incorporated in the filter's body gives an extra bactericidal effect.

The module performs water treatment in two steps.

Mechanical cleaning

Labyrinthiform pores of the polymer are of order of 3 - 5 microns, and they mechanically impede insolved impurities, such as rust (the very urgent problem for old water pipelines), insoluble chemical compounds, sand, clay, micro seaweeds, petroleum derivatives, etc.

Chemical cleaning

The main functional feature of the present ion-exchange polymer is its chemical activity, and it allows for binding chlorine, chlorine- and phosphorus-bearing pesticides, phenols, high-density metals (including radioactive ones), gasoline, motor oil, etc. thus cleaning water from them. Calcium and magnesium needed for human body therewith remain in water.

Salts of high-density metals (including radioactive ones), hardness salts and dissolved ferrum are eliminated from water owing to the ion-exchange properties.

Organic compounds and chlorine are eliminated at the expense of the developed inner and outer surface of the microporous material.

Active silver incorporated directly into the cartridge prevents filtered bacteria and colon bacillus from reproduction. As the cartridge surface is contaminated by a suspension and saturated by the absorbed impurities, cartridge can be easily replaced or regenerated by boiling in water doped with citricacid salts; it extends the service life of the cartridge up to 25,000 l.

Cleanliness level given in the Table is achieved when contamination of the original water does not exceed 2-3 MAC (maximum allowable concentration).

2. Electrochemical activation (the electrochemical module) is a unique technology that has no analogs in the world; it allows for obtaining environmentally appropriate and biologically valuable potable water. The potable water obtained in the electrochemical activation module is pure, and it does not contain pathogenic microorganisms, harmful toxic compounds and ions of high-density metals. At the same time, microelements and salts of calcium and magnesium needed for human body remain in water. The value of water obtained in the module could be favourably compared with water from melted snow of Alpine glaciers.

The biological value of water increases, improving therewith the human metabolism. The water can be used without boiling; it means that microelements needed for the human body, including fluorine (which is useful for your teeth), are retained in it.

When using the module-treated potable water, the immunity increases, the level of human body's toxicopathy reduces and a tendency to allergy decreases because water does not contain substances, harmful for human bodies. Biological properties of that kind of water are close to those of internal medium of men and other living organisms. That is why this water is of particular value.

What can electrochemically activated water do?

If you prepare ice-blocks from this water and clean your face, you will feel soon afterwards that your skin will be smoother and younger.

Masks, decoctions and other skin care agents will be considerably more effective.

This water prevents the scale formation in coffee makers, kettles, irons and the other water heating appliances. Tea or coffee prepared on this water will be more aromatic and delicious.

Cooking time considerably reduces, allowing for retaining most of valuable substances.

This water is irreplaceable when you prepare various soft and fruit drinks, cocktails and spirits.

Your flowers in a vase will look fresh for a longer time. If you wash fruit and vegetables with this water, you will completely free them from film of herbicides and pesticides, difficult for washing off.

The electrochemical flow-through processor is the heart of the electrochemical module.The electrochemical module has no filters or sorbents. Water microorganisms are not halted or collected inside it; they are exposed to oxidation destruction in the electric field between electrodes, so does the harmful organic impurities.Ions of high-density metals are neutralized, and so they are rearranged to biologically non-active and non-toxic forms, common to those of existing in nature. The service life of the electrochemical module is about 10,000 hours.

In addition, in the electrochemical module the water structure is restored without any chemical admixtures, and full biological compatibility therewith retaines; it aids to neutralize functions of cell membranes of men and animals. The redox potential of water treated approaches to the relevant value of human body's internal medium. This allows for neutralizing the human body's energy balance and provides favourable conditions for all biological processes of vital importance.

3. The mineralogical module.

The module's cartridge consists of a set of two fillers:

-           zeolites - natural and artificial aluminium silicates;

-           activated coir charcoal impregnated by silver.  

Zeolites have structural spaces and passages, and they are capable of sorbing various substances and exchanging cations. Hence zeolites are good adsorbents, ion exchangers and molecular filters. They can adequately adsorb radionuclides, phenols and their diversified derivatives from water, reducing the possibility of oncological diseases. In addition, the long-standing observations have revealed that water passed through the layer of zeolite becomes more delicious, odour is removed, and biological value of water increases.

Activated charcoal consists of activated coir charcoal impregnated by silver. It removes the remainder of organic compounds, nitrates, nitrites and chlorine. It also imparts an ideal transparency and pleasant bluish tint.

  Potable water resulting from the Ideal device is suited to the World Health Organization standards. Various alternatives of the filters can be used in the Ideal device depending on the particular conditions. The optional cartridges and elements can be also installed inside these filters to remove peculiar pollutants.
